2. Refund & Return Policy
At YGA, your satisfaction matters. Because of how our products are fulfilled, please read this policy carefully before purchasing.
All Sales Are Final — With One Important Exception
We accept refund or replacement requests only for items that arrive defective, damaged, or incorrect. We do not accept returns or issue refunds for change-of-mind, buyer's remorse, incorrect size/color selected by the customer, or "no longer needed" reasons.Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives defective, damaged, or is not what you ordered, contact us within 30 days of delivery at with:
- Your order number
- A clear photo or short video showing the defect/damage, and
- A brief description of the issue.
Once verified, we will, at our discretion, either:
- Issue a full refund to your original payment method, or
- Ship a free replacement at no cost to you.
In most cases you will not need to ship the original item back — the photo/video is sufficient.
Non-Returnable Situations
- Change of mind / no longer wanted
- Wrong item or variant selected by the customer at checkout
- Items reported after the 30-day window
- Products damaged through misuse, normal wear, or improper care
Restocking Fees — We do not charge any restocking fees.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.Order Cancellations
We process orders quickly (1–2 business days). To cancel, contact us as soon as possible at .
