Thank you for shopping with YGA. This Shipping Policy explains how and when we ship your order. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.

Where We Ship
We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping through our online store at this time. If you are located outside the U.S. and are interested in our products, please reach out to support@ygasports.com and we'll let you know if we can help.

Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.
  • Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.
  • Orders placed on weekends/holidays are processed the next business day.
  • You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.

  • Free shipping applies automatically at checkout to orders over $70 (before taxes).
  • Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or high-volume periods.
  • Total delivery time = processing (1–2 business days) + shipping time above.

Order Tracking — You'll receive a tracking number by email once shipped. Allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments

  • Tracking shows delivered but package not received → check with neighbors/carrier, then contact us within 7 days.
  • Order arrives damaged → contact us within 30 days with photos of item and packaging (see Refund & Return Policy).
  • We are not responsible for carrier delays, incorrect addresses provided at checkout, or events outside our control.

Incorrect Address — Please verify your shipping address before ordering. If an order is returned due to an incorrect/incomplete address you provided, you may be responsible for re-shipping costs.
